Midas Hospitality is seeking an experienced Dual Operations Manager to help oversee our Hampton Inn and Home2 Suites located in Brooklyn Park, MN. This person will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the Housekeeping and Engineering departments of the hotel property. Areas of management include - budget, product quality and guest service.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Supervise and inspect the cleaning of the guest rooms, turndown service, public areas and back of the house.
  • Maintain rooms control procedures and reports discrepancies to General Manager by using the Rooms Discrepancy Daily Report.
  • Issue supplies/goods to staff at beginning of shift in order to control inventory and ensure proper supplies are available while controlling expenses.
  • Respond to guest requests, concerns and problems to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a Preventative Maintenance Program within the rooms to ensure they are being kept up to standards on a quarterly basis and the proper documentation is being recorded.
  • Obtain bids from suppliers as needed.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous hotel management experience
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
