  • Providing friendly, responsive support to internal and external customers
  • Managing incoming phone calls and email inquiries
  • Accurately entering customer orders into our system

  • Following up to ensure customer needs are fully met
  • Supporting special projects and administrative tasks as assigned

  • 2โ€“3 years of customer service or administrative experience preferred

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office; familiarity with Odyssey software is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
