Full Spectrum Lab Services from CBRE offers a professional suite of services to a variety of clients in the life sciences industry, including those in pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, and genomics, as well as contract research organizations (CROs) and contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs).
Our comprehensive range of services includes laboratory consulting, real estate services, instrumentation repair and maintenance, full asset management, and more-covering the entire spectrum of life sciences facilities. With expertise across various life sciences categories, CBRE is a leader in managing highly-regulated spaces within the industry.
About the Role:
This position will provide installations of monitoring hardware and provide both on-site and office support for technical issues across our Monitoring product offerings. The Certification Supervisor will also provide calibration and service support for our Certification program to include Fume Hoods, BSCs, and HEPA Filters. The position will also help support any additional services across Full Spectrum Lab Services where the individual's skill set could support.
The position will require up to 50% overnight travel both domestically and potentially internationally if needed to support business practices.
What You'll Do
  • Perform hardware installations of all monitoring products.
  • Learn and perform calibrations utilizing IndySoft or other Full Spectrum calibration software platforms.
  • Maintain an up-to-date ticketing, workflow, and notes to ensure proper start and finish of work performed.
  • Provide training sessions with customers on monitoring systems sold or distributed by Full Spectrum Group.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and escalate any customer complaints or concerns to the appropriate resources.
  • Support growth of products and services in monitoring, certification, and metrology.

What You'll Need
  • 3+ years experience working in a monitoring or certification role, with extensive knowledge of Pharma and other regulated industries (GxP, ISO, ASTM).
  • NSF Certification required.
  • Strong organization, oral, and written communication skills with a focus on attentiveness and patience
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client communication threads and timelines
  • Strong computer aptitude, which includes experience with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Sharepoint (or similar applications)-the ability and determination to learn new applications.
  • Excellent diagnosis and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently research possible solutions.
  • Initiative and motivation to share skills and expertise with colleagues and customers equally

The minimum salary for the Certification Supervisor position is $105,000 annually and the maximum salary is $130,000 annually.
