  • Perform code reviews, enforce secure coding standards (FLS, CRUD, sharing rules), and mentor mid-level and junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production defects, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement durable fixes.
  • Participate in release management and deployment activities across sandboxes (Dev/Test/UAT/Production), coordinating with QA and release teams.
  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation, including data models, integration designs, and deployment runbooks.

Additional Information
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Software application development and maintenance OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Software application development and maintenance

  • Proven experience designing and building complex, high-volume Apex logic (triggers, batch/queueable/scheduled Apex, asynchronous processing).
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and multi-org/sandbox environments.
  • Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics) for building datasets and dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce release management and deployment practices across sandboxes.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear technical documentation.
