As a Field Specialist - Artificial Lift Systems, you are leading the installation, retrieval, troubleshooting, and maintenance ofAccess ESPsystems and associated equipment in both offshore and onshore environments. You are acting as the primary on-site technical representative, coordinating with customers, account managers, and internal teams to ensure safe, efficient, and successful project execution. You are providing technical leadership, conducting training, and supporting operational excellence across global assignments.
This role requires the ability and willingness towork onrotational assignments of30 daysor longer in international and remote field locations. Employees must be flexible to support customer operations across global regions, including Angola, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Italy, various Middle East countries, Latin America, Alaska, and other international operational locations as business needs require. The position involves extensive domestic and international travel, often on short notice, and may include offshore and remote-site assignments. Working oversea would be eligible for extra bonus, while assignments in Alaska and other U.S. locations may includeadditionalcompensation based on applicable field schedules and hours worked.
