Coating Operator
The BRP Marine Propulsion Systems facility in Spruce Pine, North Carolina is a full-service lost foam plant which uses innovative processes to create aluminum castings from polystyrene bead. We have a great workforce with employees who care for each other and the work that is done at our facility.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
  • Schedule attainment based on production needs
  • Produce quality parts as required by product specifications
  • Place clusters on conveyor system to coat foam parts
  • Visually inspect parts to find defects
  • Record coating tank measures to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain equipment
  • Follow established safety rules
  • Train new operators
