Job description

Brown University Health isseeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Ophthalmology Physician to join ourwell-established and collaborative Ophthalmology department in Providence,Rhode Island. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a dynamic, academicallyaffiliated environment with access to modern surgical facilities and a strongreferral network.


The selected physician willjoin a team of 12 ophthalmology providers delivering a comprehensive blend ofprimary eye care and specialty services. Clinical responsibilities include bothoutpatient and surgical care, with the opportunity to practice at two fullyequipped surgical centers located in Providence, RI and Attleboro, MA.


Academic Opportunities:

  • Active involvement in aresidency program with Brown-affiliated medical students
  • Opportunity to work with andmentor Physician Assistant students during clinical rotations
  • Strong emphasis on teaching,mentorship, and academic engagement

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary:$225,000 โ€“ $325,000, plus RVU-based productivity incentives
  • Three-year employmentagreement

Requirements:

  • Board Certified or BoardEligible in Ophthalmology
