Meaningful Work From Day One
Join the Woodford Reserve Brand team as an Associate Brand Manager, where you'll be instrumental in supporting the development and execution of our brand strategy across all touchpoints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our brand is consistently and effectively positioned in the marketplace. Your efforts will help grow brand value and build lifelong relationships with our consumers.
What You Can Expect
  • Support the development and execution of the Woodford Reserve Family of Brands business and marketing strategy.
  • Own key consumer engagement platforms, including website, email, CRM, and eCommerce integration.
  • Lead advocacy and ambassador programming, including strategic planning, execution, and performance evaluation.
  • Co-lead commercial programming and key tentpole moments, partnering closely with Trade Marketing, Advocacy, and Field Marketing teams.
  • Identify opportunities to drive distribution, visibility, and brand growth through marketplace analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Maintain brand selling tools, educational resources, and internal communication platforms to support commercial effectiveness.
  • Develop business updates, performance reports, and recommendations for leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Build strong relationships across Brand, Sales, Advocacy, Digital, Finance, and agency partners to ensure successful execution of business priorities.

What You Bring To The Table
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 2 years Brand Management/Marketing experience preferably in (CPG) Consumer Packaged Goods or 5 years equivalent education and experience in (CPG) Consumer Packaged Goods.
  • Demonstrated understanding of how brand-building, commercial execution, and consumer engagement drive business growth. Ability to translate insights into actionable plans and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Analytical Skills & Creativity: Expertise in using data, consumer insights, and marketplace trends to inform decisions and recommendations. Ability to gather and interpret data to inform marketing decisions and generate innovative marketing ideas and solutions.
  • Digital & Consumer Engagement Expertise: In-depth understanding of CRM, website management, eCommerce, email, and consumer engagement platforms. Proficiency in leveraging digital and social media platforms for brand building. .
  • Relationship Management & Communication Skills: Proven ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across functions and stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey ideas, recommendations, and business performance to diverse audiences.
  • Project Leadership & Management Skills: Experience in effectively managing multiple priorities and driving initiatives from planning through execution. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
