The Role

As an Operations Associate, Wealth Services, you will play a critical role in supporting advisors and wealth management teams by serving as a subject matter expert across key wealth technology platforms, including Black Diamond, Salentica, CRM Wealth Platform, and RCI.

In this highly collaborative role, you will be a trusted resource for advisors, helping them navigate systems, resolve complex issues, and optimize platform functionality. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to support onboarding, training, data integrity, and operational excellence across the wealth services organization.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys problem solving, building relationships, and leveraging technology to create a seamless advisor experience.

Essential Job Functions, other duties assigned

Advisor Support & Relationship Management
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for advisors regarding platform functionality, navigation questions, account reviews, and transaction-related inquiries.

  • Resolve complex service requests and escalated issues while ensuring a high-quality advisor experience.

  • Act as a liaison between advisors, internal teams, and business partners to facilitate timely issue resolution.

Training & User Enablement
  • Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions, webinars, and development programs for advisors, Registered Representatives, and Investment Advisor Representatives.

  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to users as needed.

  • Assist with onboarding new users by setting up system access and ensuring a smooth transition onto wealth platforms.

Platform Administration & Data Management
  • Maintain user accounts, permissions, security rights, and group assignments across supported systems.

  • Manage the flow of data between Black Diamond and related platforms, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and up to date.

  • Monitor and maintain data integrity through regular audits, updates, and validation activities.

Operational Support & Project Coordination
  • Review and triage advisor service tickets, routing requests to the appropriate teams and stakeholders.

  • Coordinate account assignments, household setup, and workload distribution across teams.

  • Track, monitor, and report on project status, training effectiveness, webinar feedback, and operational initiatives.

  • Prepare reporting and documentation related to customer satisfaction, platform usage, and team performance metrics.

Experience and Education

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, or a related industry.

  • Experience working with wealth reporting, CRM, or advisor technology platforms.

  • Experience supporting platforms such as Pershing, Schwab, Fidelity, or similar custodial and wealth management systems.

  • Hands-on experience with Black Diamond or a comparable portfolio reporting platform is required.

Education:

Four-year college or university program certificate in Business, Finance or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
