Are you a seasoned real estate professional with a talent for leadership and a passion for building something from the ground up? Atha Enterprises, the parent company of PMI Indianapolis, is seeking a high-caliber Managing Broker to hold our Indiana licenses and spearhead the growth of our brokerage division.
With established property management offices in Noblesville and Bloomington, and a new office opening soon in Anderson, we have a massive untapped funnel of investor clients and retail leads. We need a leader to turn that potential into a thriving brokerage team.
The Opportunity: Compensation & Benefits
We offer a structure designed for high-performers who want the stability of a base salary with the unlimited upside of a producer and a leader.
  • Base Salary: $48,000/year.
  • Personal Production: A generous commission split on all deals you personally broker.
  • Leadership Bonus: A monthly bonus based on the top-line revenue of the entire brokerage.
  • Growth Potential: Direct influence on the expansion of a multi-city enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
As the Managing Broker, you will be the backbone of our Indiana operations, ensuring compliance while driving aggressive growth.
  • Licensing & Compliance: Serve as the Managing Broker of record for all licensed brokers and property managers across our Indiana offices (Noblesville, Bloomington, and Anderson).
  • Team Recruitment & Growth: Actively recruit, onboard, and mentor a team of high-performing real estate brokers.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement training programs to help agents convert property management leads into brokerage sales.
  • Operational Oversight: Review contracts, ensure all transactions adhere to Indiana real estate law, and maintain the highest ethical standards.
  • Portfolio Synergy: Work closely with the PMI Indianapolis management teams to provide seamless brokerage services to our existing investor clients.

Qualifications
  • Licensed Indiana Managing Broker: You must currently hold an active Managing Broker license in the state of Indiana (or be eligible to upgrade immediately).
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing agents or leading a real estate team.
  • Growth Mindset: A "hunter" mentality with the ability to recruit and retain talent.
  • Expert Knowledge: Deep understanding of IREC regulations, Indiana license law, and property management/brokerage intersections.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate the needs of agents, clients, and corporate leadership.
