Job description

Job Title- Account Opening Administrator

Project Location – Remote (Huntsville, Alabama area candidates highly preferred)

Duration- 4+ months contract

Project Overview:
We are supporting a breakaway group transitioning approximately 7,000 accounts from their current RIA/BD/Clearing provider to their newly established RIA/BD, expected to clear through Pershing.

To support this transition, we are seeking 5 experienced Account Opening Administrators to assist with processing and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new account openings and transfer documentation
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all paperwork
  • Work closely with transition and operations teams to support onboarding
  • Communicate with clients or advisors if any information is missing or incorrect
  • Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory and firm requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience in account opening or transitions within an RIA, Broker-Dealer, or Clearing environment
  • Familiarity with Pershing or similar custodians preferred
  • High attention to detail and comfort handling high-volume processing
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting

Work Arrangement:

  • Remote work supported
  • Candidates based in or near Huntsville, Alabama are strongly preferred due to the client’s proximity and the new nature of the relationship
