Job description

Build Your Real Estate Career With The Gary Mercer Team

The Gary Mercer Team is looking for driven real estate sales agents who want to grow inside one of the most established and productive teams in Pennsylvania.

We are a family-owned team with more than 30 years of history in the Philadelphia metro area. Our team closes 400+ homes per year, produces $250M+ in annual sales volume, and was ranked by Real Trends as the #2 Large Team in Pennsylvania in 2025.

We currently have 50 agents and are growing to 100 by the end of the year.

Who This Is For:

This role is a strong fit for:

  1. Newer agents who want structure, training, and support
  2. Licensed agents who are tired of trying to figure everything out alone
  3. Experienced agents who want better systems, more accountability, and a proven platform
  4. Agents who want to grow in the Philadelphia suburbs
  5. Agents who are willing to prospect, follow up, train, and do the work

This is not a passive real estate role. We are looking for agents who want to produce.

What We Provide:

The Gary Mercer Team gives agents access to the infrastructure needed to build a serious real estate business, including:

  1. Lead opportunities from Zillow Preferred, Realtor.com, HomeLight, and FastExpert
  2. 10–25 live transfer leads per month once trained and in rotation
  3. Follow Up Boss CRM
  4. SISU production tracking
  5. DotLoop for offer writing
  6. Slack team communication
  7. GMT Intranet with scripts, templates, playbooks, and workflows
  8. Transaction coordination support
  9. Executive admin support
  10. Dedicated marketing department
  11. Weekly team meetings
  12. Ongoing skills training every Tuesday and Thursday
Training:

New agents begin with Hello Week, a one-week onboarding experience designed to get you productive quickly.

Training includes systems, technology, buyer consultations, lead conversion, writing agreements of sale, scripts, mortgage and title partners, and business planning.

Ongoing training includes roleplay, objection handling, buyer and listing presentations, running comps, offer strategy, open house execution, deal doctoring, marketing workshops, and advanced sales topics.

Income Opportunity:

Full-time agents on the Gary Mercer Team average over $100,000 in annual income.

Agents who succeed here are coachable, consistent, responsive, and willing to follow a proven system.

Requirements:
  1. Active real estate license or ability to obtain one
  2. Must join Bright MLS and the local Realtor board
  3. Must be willing to work the team systems
  4. Must be comfortable with consistent follow-up
  5. Must be professional, coachable, and accountable

Primary markets include Collegeville, West Chester, Chester County, Delaware County, Montgomery County, Bucks County, and the greater Philadelphia suburbs.

About The Team:

The Gary Mercer Team is built on history, production, training, and support. We are not trying to be the biggest team by accident. We are growing because we have the platform, leadership, and demand to support more agents.
