Bright Health Community Healthcare Center is looking for a dedicated and experienced Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide critical mental health services to a diverse client base. This full-time position allows you to work remotely, offering you the flexibility to deliver support and guidance to clients from the comfort of your home while following evidence-based practices for individual therapy.

This role is entirely remote, allowing you to manage your schedule and work environment to best suit your needs while maintaining a high standard of patient care. • Conduct regular remote therapy sessions with clients via a secure online platform, ensuring that each session is tailored to their specific mental health needs and goals.
• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that integrate therapeutic techniques and self-help strategies to support their mental wellness journey.
• Monitor progress closely, utilizing outcomes assessments and client feedback to make timely adjustments to treatment paths as necessary.
• Maintain robust and organized documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Engage in continuous professional growth and maintain active participation in team meetings to share insights, case presentations, and collaborative strategies for improved patient outcomes.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards, respecting client confidentiality and promoting integrity in practice.

You will be working primarily with adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and you will need to demonstrate cultural competence and adaptability in your therapeutic approach to effectively address the unique needs of each individual.

• A Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active state licensure as a mental health therapist is critical (valid credentials can include LMFT, LICSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)).
• A minimum of two years of experience in providing individual therapy, demonstrating a strong foundation in counseling techniques and best practices.
• Proficiency with technology and a comfort level in conducting therapy via telehealth platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster therapeutic relationships and effective client interactions.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a remote team, ensuring cohesive support for our clients.

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) that can be utilized in a telehealth format.
• Previous work in community healthcare or similar settings that emphasize holistic approaches to mental wellness.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems that streamline patient management and outcomes tracking.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
