- Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid role, 3 days in-office per week)
- Experience Required:
- 6+ years as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in requirement gathering and backlog grooming
- Extensive experience in driving conversations across various departments
- Minimum 3 years in a recent healthcare setting
- Previous involvement in projects like Mental Health Parity
- 2+ years as a BA within the IT sector
- Basic SQL querying skills
- Strong background in data analysis
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
**Desirable Skills:**
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory programs
- Experience in data mapping and source to target mapping
