About the Role:
Join BRIGHT CARE SOLUTIONS as a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) Counselor in Glen Burnie, MD, where you'll make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated professionals to support our outpatient mental health initiatives and help clients achieve their recovery goals.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized counseling and support to clients in the PRP program.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
  • Conduct assessments and monitor progress to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and skill-building workshops.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and resources.
  • Advocate for clients' needs within the community and healthcare systems.

Requirements:
