Position Overview

BLUEHAWK is seeking a Senior Staff Management Officer to provide executive-level staff coordination, action tracking, and organizational support to a strategic intelligence organization. The selected candidate will manage executive taskings, staffing actions, senior-level briefings, personnel coordination, and enterprise communications while supporting leadership decision-making in a high-tempo Intelligence Community environment.

Location: Fort Belvoir, VAClearance: Active TS/SCI RequiredPolygraph: Must successfully complete and maintain a Counterintelligence-Scope Polygraph (CSP) with NDI results.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and track executive taskings, staffing actions, and organizational requirements.
  • Coordinate senior-level meetings, briefings, and leadership engagements.
  • Prepare executive correspondence, briefing materials, information papers, and memorandums.
  • Maintain accountability of staffing actions and disseminate information across the enterprise.
  • Coordinate personnel actions and organizational initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Draft and review Army and DoD-level memorandums and executive communications.
  • Utilize ETMS2 to manage and report executive actions and taskings.
  • Support leadership with planning, reporting, and organizational management activities.
Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.

Military/Government Education

  • Army Captain's Career Course (CCC), Senior NCO Course, or Military Department/Intelligence Community equivalent.

Experience

  • 12 years of staff management, executive support, or leadership experience.
  • 8 years of G-Staff or Action Officer experience supporting a strategic intelligence organization, including:
    • Staffing action accountability
    • Senior-level meeting and briefing coordination
    • Personnel action coordination
    • Enterprise-wide information dissemination
  • 5 years preparing executive correspondence and briefings.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Advanced proficiency with Enterprise Task Management Solution System (ETMS2).
  • Working knowledge of ICD 203, 206, 300, 501, 704, and 707.
  • Experience interpreting policy and drafting Army and DoD-level memorandums.
  • Strong written, verbal, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Security Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a CI-Scope Polygraph with NDI on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
