The Bridge To Recovery Institute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. As an LCSW, you will be an essential part of our interdisciplinary team, working directly with clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

This role is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while still actively engaging with clients and other healthcare professionals. The LCSW will utilize telehealth platforms to conduct therapy sessions, maintain client records, and collaborate with team members. While you will work from home, connectivity to our compassionate and supportive team is emphasized, ensuring that teamwork and collaboration continue to thrive. Our Hospice Center provides additional means for direct client interaction when necessary, allowing for integrated care and enhanced service delivery.

• Provide clinical assessment and therapeutic services to clients experiencing major mental health issues, utilizing evidence-based practices and tailored care plans.
• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of clients' needs and establishing constructive treatment goals.
• Implement integrated care plans while ensuring seamless communication among clients, family members, and healthcare providers.
• Identify and report any unsafe situations and intervene decisively to maintain a safe environment for all clients.
• Participate actively in team meetings and case reviews to improve service delivery and document outcomes effectively.
• Manage a caseload of clients by evaluating their progress through timely monitoring of admission, treatment efficacy, and discharge criteria.
• Aid in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support and guidance as needed.
• Complete required documentation, reports, and data submissions accurately and promptly.
• Be available for on-call coverage as necessary during and after program hours.

This position focuses on supporting a diverse population that includes individuals affected by major mental health disorders and severe emotional crises. You will work with clients from various backgrounds, requiring sensitivity and adaptability to different cultural traditions and interpersonal styles. A deep commitment to enhancing the well-being of under-served communities and an understanding of the specific challenges they face are essential to succeed in this role.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker in California is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically dealing with mental health assessments and treatment.
• Proficient knowledge of mental health diagnosis, treatment modalities, and crisis management.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating within a dynamic team-oriented environment.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations and possess competence in age-related or specialty issues pertaining to mental health treatment.
• Previous experience in hospice or palliative care settings is advantageous but not required.

The salary range for this LCSW position is between USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
