Work Environment

This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while meeting the needs of our outpatient clientele. You will collaborate with a supportive team, including healthcare providers from Comprehensive Psychiatric Care, to ensure that clients receive the highest quality of care through a multidisciplinary approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries while demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, stability, and the appropriateness of continued care, including planning for discharge when necessary.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor tailored treatment plans focused on the specific needs of each client, ensuring enrichment in their mental health journey.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for all clients, adhering to compliance standards and best practices in clinical recording.
  • Conduct intake assessments to gather necessary information that aids in forming a comprehensive treatment strategy.
  • Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to foster personal growth.
  • Engage in individual supervision to enhance practice skills, ensuring continued professional development.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to create seamless care experiences for clients.
  • Embrace a growth mindset that encourages continuous learning and improvement in counseling techniques.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The Bridge To Recovery Institute serves a diverse outpatient population, encompassing adults, children, and families who may be facing varied mental health challenges. Our clients often seek support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. As an LPC, you will play a vital role in helping them navigate these challenges through effective therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
  • Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in Tennessee.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation, providing direct counseling services.
  • Proficient computer skills with familiarity in using tools such as Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy for client management and documentation.
  • Experience in conducting intake assessments and providing psychotherapy to individuals and families is required.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a multidisciplinary team setting is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health counseling is a plus.
  • Ability to navigate various mental health challenges and adapt clinical strategies accordingly.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary between USD 70,000 and USD 90,000, based on experience and performance.
