Position Overview
The Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) is seeking a professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join the Key Bridge Project Management Office (PMO). This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and staff while providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure a welcoming office environment.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls effectively.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, data entry, copying, and scanning documents.
  • Support staff with additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service, time management, and problem solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
