iKrusher is a leading brand in vape technology hardware, operating as a Multi-State Operator (MSO) with distribution centers across California, Arizona, Colorado, Michigan, New Jersey, Texas, and Washington. Our headquarters in Arcadia, CA, features a state-of-the-art R amp;D facility. We value honesty, simplicity, and transparency to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. We are seeking a Legal Affairs Coordinator to join our Operations Department and serve as the primary liaison between our company and external legal counsel. This is a fully onsite position based at our Arcadia headquarters.
Position Overview
As the Legal Affairs Coordinator, you will manage legal communications, ensure compliance, and support business teams in drafting and maintaining contracts. This critical role requires close collaboration with outside counsel and internal stakeholders to protect and advance the company’s legal interests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all company-related legal matters.
  • Coordinate with external lawyers on labor law, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and contractual agreements.
  • Draft, review, and finalize contracts in collaboration with business teams.
  • Ensure all legal documents are properly signed, securely stored, and organized.
  • Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes impacting the company.
  • Provide guidance and legal support to various departments.
  • Maintain records of legal communications and documentation.
Work Experience
  • 1 - 2 years of work experience in contract negotiation is a plus
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is not required but strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; background in law or related fields is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge legal and business needs.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with contract law, legal documentation, and corporate governance principles.
