Job description

St. Petersburg law firm is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to serve as the bridge between Intake department and the case management department and serves as the main point of contact for new clients once they have retained the firm. This role involves guiding the new client through the onboarding process by answering their questions and assisting them in filling out our contract documents.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare new matters for initial export
  • New Client set up
  • Accounting check
  • Transfer of New Matter
  • Client Support
  • Data Entry


Qualifications:

  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Clio (Clio Grow & Clio Manage a plus).
  • Attributes: Professional demeanor, attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
