You’ll use established digital tools, including the Google Suite and electronic health records (EHR), to manage client interactions effectively while ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health concerns through comprehensive evaluations, identifying areas of need and risks while developing tailored treatment plans.
• Offer one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that approaches are personalized to fit each client's unique situation.
• Work collaboratively with clients to define therapeutic goals, monitor progress over time, and adjust treatment strategies as needed to enhance their mental well-being.
• Deliver teletherapy services, accommodating clients who may have difficulties attending in-person sessions due to accessibility challenges.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapeutic encounters and progress reports in compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including training in our proprietary evidence-based care pathways, to stay informed about the latest therapeutic practices and methodologies.

The successful candidate will directly serve a diverse clientele, including adolescents and young adults dealing with various mental health challenges. You will play a crucial role in providing understanding, validation, and effective treatment strategies that empower clients to overcome their difficulties and achieve emotional resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Clinical Psychologist (PsyD) in your state of practice.
• Proficient knowledge of telehealth practices and experience providing therapy in virtual settings.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that facilitate effective interactions with clients and professionals alike.
• The ability to exhibit professionalism through a neat appearance and a supportive demeanor in all patient interactions.
• A commitment to a continuous learning approach, engaging in training relevant to our practice’s evidence-based frameworks.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in navigating digital tools required to facilitate remote therapy.

• 2-3 years of direct experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ideally in a telehealth environment.
• Experience working with adolescents and young adults, adapting treatment to suit their unique developmental needs.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and specialized techniques related to depression and anxiety management.
• Demonstrated competence in administering therapeutic interventions with proven outcomes.
