As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) at Cross Bridge Health & Wellness Center, you will be tasked with several key responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the mental health needs of your clients.
• Developing and implementing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans targeting specific client goals and therapeutic needs.
• Providing a range of therapeutic services, including individual, couples, and group counseling using suitable therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure clients receive integrated and holistic care.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines in mental health practice.
• Participating in regular clinical supervision, case presentations, and professional development sessions to enhance therapeutic skills.

You will be responsible for serving a diverse clientele comprised of individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges. These may include, but are not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, addiction issues, and trauma-related conditions. The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited program.
• A solid track record of conducting individual and group therapy within mental health settings.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices suitable for mental health treatment.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effectively connecting with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to ethical guidelines and the protection of client confidentiality.

While not required, the following experience is advantageous:

• Expertise in specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
• Experience working in community health settings or similar environments that focus on accessible mental health care.
• Background in facilitating workshops or support groups that enhance community engagement and client involvement in their own mental health care.

This full-time position comes with a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, we offer an attractive benefits package that includes:
