Wellness Bridge Healthcare System is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our telehealth team. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health concerns to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s specific needs.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress to ensure positive outcomes.
• Implement teletherapy options, accommodating those who prefer virtual sessions due to preference or accessibility needs.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring the privacy of client information.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to refine your clinical skills and remain abreast of emerging practices and methodologies in the field.

Our focus primarily includes adolescents and young adults who seek mental health support. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, addressing various concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be integral in providing a safe space for clients to navigate their emotions, express their thoughts, and work towards their healing goals.

• An active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD is required.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is essential.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for telehealth services, including familiarity with EHR systems and video conferencing tools such as Zoom and Google Suite.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills which convey a professional and empathetic approach to client interactions.
• Ability to maintain a neat and professional presentation in all virtual settings.
• Strong engagement skills; providing clients with a warm, understanding, and supportive environment.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly in a telehealth setting.
• Comfortable with working remotely, equipped with a reliable internet connection, and private setting to maintain confidentiality during sessions.
• Willing to participate in specialized training in our evidence-based frameworks for treatment.
• Familiarity with specific treatment modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a plus.
