Job Description

We're not going to bore you with a typical job posting because you're not a typical "corporate" employee.
Who we are: We're the midnight deadlines, fast-paced whirlwinds, no day is like another company. We're small. We're locally owned. We're independent. We beat to our own drum. We've been in business for 17 years, have had some good times and some challenging times and we're looking for the right person to help our team hum.

If you are looking for a predictable, run of the mill company - this ain't it.

We are self-financed. Our cash flow is our own and sometimes it's good and sometimes it's not. We need someone who can roll with that.

Enough about us.

Here's what we need in you:
Accounting and Finance Guru. You know Quickbooks and not just data-entry but detailed reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
Operations Aficionado. You know how to run an office. You know contracts. You can talk to clients and resolve issues. You can evaluate and implement new systems.
Human Resources Radical. You can process payroll and payroll taxes. You know HR laws. You get employees and how to motivate them.
Whatever else. Yeah, this is our catchall phrase but that's how a small business runs. We need someone with a brain who can see what needs to be done and do it.
What we offer:
Full-time employment.
Flex-time and occasional work from home options.
Sweet perks like gift cards to different vendors.
Paid time off.
Salaried position: $50,000 annually
What we need from you:

Along with your resume please provide a personal cover letter letting us know why our job and environment is right for you.
