About the Role
We are looking for energetic, reliable, and versatile Staff Members to join our team in Brickell! As a Staff Member, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. This is a dynamic role perfect for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment, love interacting with customers, and take pride in maintaining a pristine, welcoming space.
Instead of being confined to a single task, you will be cross-trained to handle multiple aspects of the business-from customer service and order preparation to maintaining location standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Welcome guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide an exceptional overall experience.
  • Daily Operations: Assist with food/beverage preparation, restock inventory, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
  • Location Maintenance & Cleaning: Conduct opening/closing duties, and ensure the location is thoroughly cleaned and organized at the end of your assigned shift.
What We Are Looking For
  • A positive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong reliability, punctuality, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, specifically afternoon and evening shifts (1:00 PM - 8:00 PM availability is a major plus).
  • Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or food service is preferred but not required-we will train the right candidate!
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly pay.
  • A vibrant, fast-paced work environment in the heart of Brickell.
  • Opportunities for growth and cross-training.
  • Flexible scheduling options.
