Landscape Lead Technician / Asst. Team Lead

Location: Northeast Ohio
Type: Full-Time, Year-Round Employment

Our Design & Build division creates distinctive outdoor spaces through craftsmanship, teamwork, and attention to detail.  What You’ll Do:
  • Build custom outdoor spaces, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and planting installations

  • Assist with site prep, grading, drainage, and material installation

  • Work with natural stone, pavers, block, soil, and plant material

  • Operate and maintain construction and landscape equipment

  • Read and execute plans alongside Designers and Crew Leads

  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

  • Participate in snow and ice management during winter months

  • Gain exposure to multiple divisions including enhancements, irrigation, and maintenance

 What We’re Looking For:
  • Valid Class A/B CDL with a clean MVR (3-year history)

  • Willingness to drive truck/trailer combinations

  • Strong work ethic and team-first mindset — we build together

  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying conditions

  • Confidence using job-related apps and technology

  • Desire to learn craftsmanship and advance in the green industry

  • Prior landscape construction experience is a plus, but not required

  • Ability to pass a 7-year background check and drug screen
    (We are open to conversations around prior convictions)
