Breakthrough Corporate Engagement
As a VISTA, you will help Breakthrough Miami build a structured foundation for managing and growing corporate partnerships in support of the development team. You will audit current corporate partners by analyzing engagement, giving history, and involvement to identify gaps and opportunities. You will develop a corporate engagement, giving, and stewardship framework that includes tiered partnership opportunities (volunteering, mentorship, career exposure, funding), sponsorship packages with clear benefits, and a consistent stewardship cadence of touchpoints, recognition, and reporting. You will build a centralized tracking system and create outreach, follow-up, and stewardship templates. You will expand engagement between corporate partners and Scholars and alumni by mapping career exposure opportunities such as panels, site visits, mentoring, and internships, and by supporting events including Mock Interview Day and Career Day. You will strengthen stewardship through recognition strategies, impact-driven communications, and partner-specific updates, and you will support cultivation efforts that convert engagement into increased corporate investment. Finally, you will compile tools, templates, and workflows into a corporate relations toolkit and provide recommendations for sustainable, long-term growth.
Member Duties : Build capacity within Breakthrough Miami's corporate relations function. The member will audit current corporate partnerships, develop a corporate engagement, giving, and stewardship framework with tiered opportunities and sponsorship packages, and build tracking systems and communication templates. The member will expand career exposure opportunities for Scholars and alumni (panels, mentoring, internships, Career Day, Mock Interview Day), coordinate engagement activities, strengthen stewardship and recognition practices, support cultivation and outreach that grows corporate giving, and compile a sustainable corporate relations toolkit with recommendations for continued growth.
