ABA Solutions is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and families throughout the Plant City area. This role offers the opportunity to work in both school and home environments while receiving ongoing supervision from experienced BCBAs in a collaborative, clinician-focused organization.

Caseload

This position includes:

School-Based Services

  • Support elementary through high school students during the school day
  • Assist students with behavior, communication, classroom participation, and social skills

Home-Based Services

  • Provide after-school ABA therapy
