Summary:
We are currently seeking a Cook 3 - Breakfast Line to join our Culinary Team. This position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality breakfast dishes in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Ideal candidates will have strong breakfast line experience, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a team-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and execute all breakfast menu items-including eggs to order, omelets, breakfast meats, pancakes, waffles, and specialty dishes-according to standardized recipes and Hyatt quality standards
  • Operate and maintain equipment such as flat tops, griddles, fryers, and ovens specific to breakfast production
  • Set up and break down breakfast stations daily, ensuring all mise en place is prepared and stored properly for service
  • Monitor food levels and replenish as needed during service to ensure consistent guest satisfaction
  • Work multiple stations efficiently with speed and consistency in a high-volume setting
  • Support and direct junior kitchen staff in the absence of a supervisor
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and culinary leadership
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
  • Ensure all food safety guidelines, temperature logs, and sanitation standards are followed consistently

Qualifications:
  • Requires good communication skills.
  • 3 years of previous line experience preferred.
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
  • Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.
  • Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen.
  • Requires moderate supervisio
    • Must have active employment authorization to work in the United States
    • At least 3 years of previous breakfast line experience preferred
    • Culinary degree or related hotel kitchen experience is preferred
    • Ability to perform all basic and intermediate cooking techniques
    • Strong communication and multitasking skills
    • Able to stand and walk for the majority of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs
    • Requires moderate supervision and training
