THE BEACH CLUB BREAKFAST COOK
Position handles all food preparation in the kitchen to include preparing food for cooking, frying, sautéing, baking, etc. as well as productivity, sanitation, quality and presentation of the food.  
 ESSENTIAL DUTIES:  
Performing food preparation duties
Following recipes, mixing, weighing, measuring ingredients
Following orders from supervisors
Maintain stock and clean work station
Keeping the kitchen area & equipment clean and sanitized
Performing duties efficiently to prepare dishes in the appropriate time
Ability to perform all functions in the kitchen
Be able to ensure excellent quality of food
Ensure that the kitchen is clean, organized and maintained up to standards and health and safety regulations.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
 
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to understand kitchen operations and have knowledge about ingredients and kitchen equipment
 
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift
Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch as needed
Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds as needed
Must be able to work in hot, busy enviroment
