Position Summary
The Bar Lead is responsible for overseeing daily bar operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role leads by example behind the bar, supports and mentors bartenders, maintains quality and consistency of beverages, and ensures operational standards are met. The Bar Lead works closely with management to drive efficiency, uphold safety and compliance, and contribute to a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership amp; Team Support
  • Lead bartenders during service, setting the pace and tone for hospitality and professionalism
  • Train, coach, and mentor bartenders on recipes, service standards, and guest engagement
  • Assist with onboarding and ongoing development of bar staff
  • Act as a point of contact for bar-related questions or issues during shifts
Bar Operations
  • Ensure consistent execution of beverage recipes, presentation, and portion control
