WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATES NEEDED – MULTIPLE ROLES AVAILABLE


Connect Staffing is looking for Warehouse Associates to join a dynamic team at a refrigerated warehouse in Houston, TX. Positions are available in three different work environments: Cooler (35°F / 2°C) for extended periods, Freezer (-5°F / -20°C) for extended periods, and Ambient, which is a standard warehouse environment.


Schedule: Multiple shifts are available, starting between 4:30 am and 7 am, lasting up to 8 to 12 hours.


Requirements for Warehouse Associates:

  • Pass a drug screen and background check.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements for long periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Non-Slip Shoes required
  • Basic computer skills, math ability, and English literacy.
  • Prior experience in roles such as Pickers, Packers, Organizer, Loader, Sorter, Receiver, Separate Loader, Repacker, Putaway, Restock, Bailer, Cycle Counter, Janitor Sanitation or machine operator is a big plus!

  • Loading/Sorting: Stage and load pallets by route, scan, and sort packages.
  • Repack/Breakdown: Open bulk cases, repackage, and organize product.
  • Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and check product quality.
  • Sanitation: Clean warehouse areas, remove debris, and operate balers.
