Responsibilities
Location: Mostly remote work, if 50 miles from San Antonio frequent in office shifts
Hours of operation: Monday-Sunday 1:00pm-10:00pm, days off vary (set schedule)
TRAINING WILL BE IN PERSON IN SAN ANTONIO FOR 2 WEEKS. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND IN PERSON TRAINING @ 3503 Fredericksburg Rd. Suite 460, San Antonio, Texas 78201
Length of assignment: 6 Months

Customer Service:
- Handles basic inbound and outbound calls for one or more of the following service area:
-- Customer inquiries: Curbside and Home Delivery
- Handles inquires and assignments through phone and email
- Triages, documents, and routes calls appropriately
- Learns foundational knowledge and skill sets of a Customer Service Rep
- Provides simple trouble-shooting information to callers
- Research/reference H-E-B policies to accuratley address inquires
- Follows escalation SOPs
- Completes basic data entry
- Relies solely on instructions, pre-established guidelines, and procedures, and training from Sr Specialists / Leads
- Reports to Lead or Manager; under immediate supervision
- Upholds H-E-B brand values with internal and external touch points
What is your background?
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- 0+ years of experience in a contact center environment
