We are a high-volume wholesale bakery specializing in artisanal breads and pastries made from scratch using quality ingredients. Our team is passionate about craftsmanship, consistency, and producing fresh, beautiful bread for restaurants, cafes, and retail partners.
Position Overview:

Were seeking an experienced Bread Maker / Dough Maker to join our production team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of bread productionfrom mixing and shaping to fermentation and bakingand thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:

  • Scale, mix, and prepare doughs according to recipes and production schedules
  • Monitor fermentation, proofing, and baking times for quality and consistency
  • Operate and maintain commercial bakery equipment (mixers, sheeters, dividers, proofers, ovens)
  • Portion, shape, and prepare doughs for proofing and baking
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
  • Assist with ingredient inventory and storage
  • Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
Qualifications:

  • Minimum 13 years of professional baking or dough-making experience preferred
  • Knowledge of bread-making techniques, fermentation, and dough hydration
