Zazzo's is looking for Pizzamakers to join our team!


We are looking for a skilled pizza maker to prepare high-quality pizzas according to customers' orders. The pizza maker's responsibilities include preparing pizza dough, cutting, grating, or slicing various ingredients, and removing pizza debris from the pizza ovens. You should also be able to maintain a clean workstation at all times.

Responsibilities of a Pizzamaker:

  • Start of the day - Do the preparation work like Prepare and cook starters or appetizers like pizza sliced bites, mozzarella cheese sticks, bread etc,
  • End of the day - Prepare pizza dough, pizza ingredients, chop vegetables, Monitor food stock, maintain supplies and place orders etc. for next day.
  • Energetic, Multitasker, and have a good team-spirit to work in Fast paced place with customer- focused attitude.
  • Utilize less traditional ingredients to engage a larger audience (for instance vegan lover, cheddar-cheese and gluten-free flour consumers).
  • Handling multiple food orders at one time as well as monitoring multiple food orders, with all professional kitchen equipment (e.g. brick or stone oven, dough sheeters, etc).
  • Flexible to work in shifts including weekends and late evenings.
  • Prefer the safe serve certification

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Pizzamaker
  • Proficient with preparing and baking pizza dough.
  • Familiar with all professional kitchen equipment
  • Outstanding understanding of food safety practices and hygiene.
  • Working experience in preparing ingredients for fast food quickly.
  • Excellent team spirit with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Flexible to work in shifts including weekends and late evenings.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent listening skills, and interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Quick decision-making skills, Good time ,management skills
  • A keen eye on details.
