Job description

Brand ManagerRole overview

Tacori is looking for a highly organized, creative, and strategic Brand Manager to support the development and delivery of brand, social, campaign, content, and retail marketing initiatives.

This role sits within the Brand & Creative team and is responsible for helping bring the Tacori brand to life across multiple touchpoints, from social content and campaign briefs to retailer assets, research, copywriting, presentations, and day-to-day project execution. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic thinker, creative partner, and detail-oriented project driver.

The Brand Manager will work closely with the Head of Brand & Creative, internal creative team, project manager, social agency, PR, digital, sales, and external partners to ensure all work is on brand, on brief, and delivered on time.

Key responsibilitiesBrand and campaign management
  • Support the Head of Brand & Creative in developing brand campaigns, content initiatives, product launches, retailer assets, and marketing programs.
  • Translate brand strategy into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams, agencies, freelancers, and creative partners.
  • Help ensure all creative work is aligned with Tacori’s brand identity, tone of voice, visual standards, and campaign objectives.
  • Review creative work with a critical eye, ensuring concepts are on brief, strategically sound, and appropriate for the channel.
  • Support the development of presentations, recap decks, executive updates, and internal alignment materials.
Social media and agency management
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with Tacori’s social agency, including briefing, feedback, timelines, content planning, and approvals.
  • Partner with the social agency to develop monthly content calendars, campaign content, social-first concepts, and always-on storytelling.
  • Ensure social content feels elevated, brand-right, and aligned with the broader marketing calendar.
  • Review social captions, creative, influencer concepts, trend recommendations, and platform-specific executions.
  • Track social performance, gather learnings, and help translate insights into future content recommendations.
Project delivery and cross-functional coordination
  • Partner closely with the Project Manager to ensure all brand and creative projects stay on track, on brief, and on timeline.
  • Help manage project inputs, feedback rounds, approvals, asset needs, and next steps across multiple workstreams.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including creative, digital, PR, sales, merchandising, product, and retail to gather information and move work forward.
  • Keep stakeholders aligned on project status, priorities, outstanding needs, and upcoming deadlines.
  • Flag risks, gaps, or misalignment early and help solve issues before they impact delivery.
Strategic research and insights
  • Conduct research to support brand strategy, campaign development, social planning, product launches, partnerships, and cultural opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activity, luxury jewelry trends, fashion, bridal, social trends, cultural moments, and relevant consumer behavior.
  • Compile findings into clear, useful summaries that help inform creative and strategic decisions.
  • Support the team in identifying opportunities for Tacori to show up in a more modern, relevant, and differentiated way.
Copywriting and creative development
  • Write and refine copy for social captions, campaign materials, retailer assets, internal presentations, product storytelling, and other brand touchpoints.
  • Contribute to creative concepts, content ideas, campaign territories, social-first activations, and launch storytelling.
  • Help maintain consistency in Tacori’s tone of voice across channels.
  • Partner with creative, PR, digital, and external writers to ensure messaging is clear, elevated, and brand appropriate.
Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of experience in brand marketing, social media, content, creative strategy, or integrated marketing.
  • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or external creative partners.
  • Strong understanding of social media, content planning, and platform-specific creative.
  • Excellent briefing skills, with the ability to turn business needs into clear creative direction.
  • Strong project management instincts and comfort managing multiple priorities at once.
  • Strong writing skills, with an eye for tone, detail, and brand consistency.
  • Ability to think strategically while also managing the details needed to get work delivered.
  • Experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, jewelry, bridal, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands preferred.
  • Strong presentation-building skills and ability to synthesize research, feedback, and ideas clearly.
  • Collaborative, proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
Ideal candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who can move easily between strategy, creative, and execution. They are organized enough to keep projects moving, thoughtful enough to know when something is off brand, and creative enough to contribute ideas that make the work better.

They should be confident managing agency partners, writing and refining copy, building briefs, reviewing creative, and helping connect the dots across brand, social, retail, PR, and digital work.
