ROLE PURPOSE

The Sales & Brand Growth Director develops and executes strategies that grow sales, strengthen community partnerships, and increase brand awareness while creating opportunities for long-term restaurant growth.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Grow Check Average and Transaction Counts
  • Develop opportunities in 3rd Party, Mobile, and Catering Sales
  • Engage with & grow influence in the Lake Oconee community in-person and through Social Media
  • Ensure faithful financial stewardship in the business

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership:

  • Develop and execute monthly and quarterly Sales & Brand Growth strategies.
  • Influence culture through the Restaurant Framework and leadership example.
  • Ensure compliance with Pathway procedures, policies, and brand standards.
  • Provide Sales & Brand Growth reporting and strategic updates to HPLT.
  • Model Chick-fil-A Lake Oconee's Vision, Values, Mission, and Purpose.
  • Create a positive, welcoming environment where guests and Team Members feel they belong.
