At Louis M. Martini, you'll help shape the future of one of Napa Valley's most iconic luxury wine brands. As Brand Marketing Manager, you'll lead strategic initiatives that strengthen brand equity, drive growth, and deepen connections with consumers, customers, and trade partners. You will collaborate across a network of internal and external partners to bring compelling brand experiences to life while ensuring plans support both short-term performance and long-term brand health.

In this role, you'll contribute to the development and execution of brand strategy, marketing programs, creative campaigns, and innovation opportunities that elevate the Louis M. Martini portfolio. You'll use consumer insights, market trends, and business analysis to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and influence key decisions that drive meaningful business results.

You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple channels, manage critical elements of the brand roadmap, and help deliver impactful marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and is passionate about building premium brands that resonate with consumers.

What You'll Need

  • Master's degree plus 3 years of experience to include brand management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of sales, marketing, consulting, or agency experience to include brand management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of Gallo sales, marketing, engineering or operations experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 9 years of sales, marketing, consulting, or agency experience to include brand management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Required to travel up to 50% of the time to designated business locations and to support in-market expectations in order to effectively perform essential job responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical & financial acumen.
  • Demonstrated skill in leading and coaching cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to influence management, lead cross-functional teams, and work through others.
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and operate with a sense of urgency.
