About Isringhausen Imports
Isringhausen Imports is Springfield’s destination for premium automobiles, representing Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Volvo. For decades we have built our reputation on an exceptional, no-pressure client experience and long-term relationships. This is a relationship-driven, high-earning sales role for someone who is professional, self-motivated, and genuinely loves people and products.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and returning luxury clients in person, by phone, and online.
  • Conduct a consultative, needs-based sales process — vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Volvo lineups, features, and competitive comparisons.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to internet leads, inbound inquiries, and showroom traffic.
  • Manage your pipeline in the CRM, follow up diligently, and nurture long-term referrals and repeat business.
  • Coordinate financing and delivery with the F&I and service teams for a seamless client experience.
  • Meet or exceed monthly unit, gross, and customer-satisfaction (CSI) targets.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Please upload your resume. Completing the online assessment will grant you priority consideration!
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
  • Pre-employment background checks are required, including MVR, and drug screening.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay plus uncapped commission.
Earn $80,000–$130,000, with top performers earning $175,000+.
  • Training guarantee available while you ramp.
  • Premium inventory and a respected, established brand that helps you sell.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off; retirement plan.
