Job description

About Coverall:

Coverall is one of the world's largest commercial cleaning franchisors, specializing in a health-based approach to janitorial services. They sell and license independent business packages to individuals looking to own and operate their own commercial cleaning companies.

Why Coverall:

  • System-Wide Reach: Coverall boasts a massive footprint consisting of nearly 8,300 independent franchise owners operating through roughly 43 master corporate-owned regional distribution centers.
  • Market Impact: Coverall serves more than 50,000 customer facilities globally. In recent years, we generated roughly $595 million in system-wide sales.
  • Market Stability: Essential in-person services remain critical and stable through technological shifts, driving high demand for janitorial business ownership.
  • Target Environments: Our human-led, scientifically backed processes are explicitly customized for medical, educational, industrial facilities, and general office space.
  • World-Class Training Program: Focus on fast-paced B2B pipeline development, territory management, and tactical objection handling to close business fast!

Position Overview + Key Responsibilities:

  • On-site & in field position.
  • Focused on helping businesses maintain cleaner and healthier workplaces.
  • Combines prospecting, relationship building, consultative selling, and customer account development.
  • Structured training, mentorship, and career growth opportunities.
  • Make prospecting calls using company-provided pre-screened leads.
  • Meet prospective customers throughout the assigned, protected territory.
  • Conduct in-person consultations and needs assessments.
  • Recommend customized commercial cleaning solutions.
  • Prepare proposals and close new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with operations teams for successful onboarding.
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships through regular follow-up.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary.
  • $65,000 to $75,000+ total compensation potential with uncapped commissions.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Paid time off and vacation benefits.

Work Schedule:
