Brand Coordinator, Figure amp; Casual
Bandai Namco Toys amp; Collectibles America is seeking a Brand Coordinator to join our team! This Brand Coordinator role will play a vital support function for Brand Managers, Marketing and Sales, with a focus on inventory and information management. Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to) brand initiatives, day-to-day operations and the analysis of market dynamics for business planning.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Contributing the support of brand management for various anime related products.
  • Working and communicating with the team to create new ways to promote the intellectual properties within the brands.
  • Assisting the team in organization of data with brand releases, tracking of sales, inventory levels, shipment updates, sell-in and sell-thru of specific vendors, and forecasting.
  • Working together with the sales team to promote sell-through of products from the brands.
  • Attend, assist, and support at tradeshows amp; special events.
  • Coordinate samples and potential sale items for tradeshows and retail partners.
  • Support solicitation, pre-order and product lifecycle management via creation of support documents and trend analysis as well as sales curation support materials where/when required.
  • Other administrative duties include preserving digital filing systems/database updates, coordinating multiple schedules for meetings, preparing amp; distributing meeting agendas and notes, and cross functional department and overseas communication.
  • Communicating with the marketing team to promote products via SNS and ad campaigns.
