About Us
The Levine Center for Plastic Surgery is a premier, luxury aesthetic and double-board certified facial plastic surgery practice located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. We pride ourselves on delivering a highly sophisticated, "clean luxury" experience, blending cutting-edge clinical excellence with an editorial, high-end brand aesthetic.
We are seeking an experienced, high-caliber Marketing & Brand Manager to spearhead our comprehensive marketing initiatives, elevate our brand presence, and drive strategic patient acquisition.
Job Summary
As the Marketing & Brand Manager, you will own the end-to-end execution of our brand strategy. You are a multi-disciplinary marketing professional who can seamlessly pivot between high-level PR strategy, luxury visual content creation, advanced email marketing, and website optimization. This role requires a blend of creative storytelling and data-driven execution to maintain our standing as a top-tier luxury practice.
Key Responsibilities
  • Public Relations & Partnership Management: Serve as the primary internal liaison for our external PR agency. Coordinate media inquiries, press opportunities, and manage high-profile luxury brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, and exclusive editorial events.
  • Speaker & Conference Coordination: Manage and coordinate all logistics for Dr. Levine’s professional speaking engagements, panel presentations, and industry conferences (both domestic and international). Oversee deliverables, negotiate partner contracts/fees, and maximize brand exposure at each event.
  • Social Media Strategy & Content Curation: Oversee and elevate our social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Ensure all content aligns with a chic, editorial, and sophisticated visual identity. Direct aesthetics, track engagement metrics, and optimize growth strategies.
  • Email Marketing & CRM Lifecycles: Design, write, and execute high-converting email campaigns (eblasts) and automated patient follow-up workflows. Utilize patient segments to deliver personalized "Restoration Roadmaps" and targeted promotional sequences.
  • Website Design & Digital Asset Management: Maintain, update, and continuously optimize our website. Ensure seamless user experience (UX), update before-and-after galleries, manage landing pages for new treatment launches, and collaborate on SEO strategies.
  • Omnichannel Campaigns: Conceptualize and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for new device launches (e.g., advanced laser platforms), clinical skincare lines, and specialized in-office treatment programs (such as our peptide initiatives).
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3–5+ years of dedicated marketing experience, ideally within luxury medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, high-end beauty, or premium wellness brands.
  • Visual Style: A sharp eye for a "noir," clean, and sophisticated aesthetic. You understand how to market high-end clinical results without looking "stuffy" or overly clinical.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with medical CRM/EMR platforms (e.g., Nextech), website CMS tools, email marketing software, and advanced design suites (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Communication Style: Exceptional copywriter capable of delivering concise, human, and confident messaging that feels natural and premium—strictly avoiding generic, AI-sounding copy.
  • Project & Event Management: Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns, coordinate high-stakes travel and event logistics, and hold external vendors/agencies accountable to deadlines.
