Job Type: Full-time
Branch Hours: Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Location: Herriman, Utah
Hiring Range: $65,000 - $78,000 annually ($2,500 - $3,000 bi-weekly salary)
(Higher compensation may be considered based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity)

The Branch Manager will be responsible to the Market Director for maximizing the sales function and goal achievement, and the day-to-day operations for assigned retail office location. Actively seeks out members of SEGs and community groups to generate loans and deposits.
Responsible andAccountable for:
  • Responsible for researching member inquiries toensure increased sales, proper follow-up and continued member satisfaction.
  • Identify and maximize theuse of credit union services by each member.
  • Ensures facilities are well kept and maintained.
  • Travels as needed to promote Credit Unionmembership.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures of thecredit union relative to branch operations and member transactions.

Knowledge,Skills and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of credit unionoperations and retail delivery services and systems.
  • Ability to successfully leadand motivate assigned sales team in achieving organizational goals.
  • Ability to coach, mentorand provide timely performance feedback for assigned employees.
  • Ability to successfullymanage sales of complex financial services across multiple locations.
  • Proficient in utilizingongoing technologies to successfully support sales and the sales managementenvironment.
  • Willing to travel asneeded.
  • Ability to managelocation(s) to include all facets of teller operations, cash management, tellerstaffing and member service.
  • Knowledge of the retailoffice operations technology and procedures and the ability to train otherswith this expertise.
  • Ability to troubleshootproblems with members with regards to service, policies and procedures of theCredit Union.
  • Experience in managingin-house and outsource operations.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Education and Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Approximatelythree to five years of demonstrated progression in job related experience.
