Mortgage Loan Originator Branch Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our mortgage lending team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee branch operations, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of mortgage products, and a passion for helping customers achieve their homeownership goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the mortgage loan branch, ensuring team productivity and compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the branch's market share
- Oversee the loan origination process from application to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients
- Recruit, train, and mentor loan officers and support staff to achieve individual and team goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources
- Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a mortgage loan originator and branch manager or similar leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, lending regulations, and compliance standards
