  • You will be accountable for performance and profit and loss results of branches
  • Responsible for leading and developing managers providing significant autonomy while ensuring effective oversight of staff scheduling and operations teams
  • Establish, maintain, and enhance processes to ensure compliance with Safety standards, SOX requirements, and all applicable government regulations
  • You will oversee inventory level targets to meet customer needs and saobjectives
  • Anticipate future operational needs and monitor production and manpower levels to maximize efficiency
  • You are expected to review reports and provide management with analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • You will be required to perform customer site visits to address high-impact issues and ensure alignment with organizational goals and initiatives

  • You will posess a Bachelor's Degree to be successful in this role
  • This role requires 10 years of experience in the industrial gas industry or related managerial experience, plus no DUI or DWI in last 10 years
  • You can function independently and make logical, rational decisions in various situations

  • Become proficient in Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, PowerPoint, AS400, and CU
