Alarm System Operations Administrator

Summary/Objective

The Operations Administrator is responsible for supporting the VA systems branch operation to help them stay organized and complete other tasks.

Essential Functions

1.Completes weekly reports.

2.Contact various department supervisors/managers as needed.

3.Track System licenses information and renewals.

4.Maintain and track inventory for customers/jobs.

5.Order and receive parts for jobs and service tickets.

6.Full responsibility for Branch Billing, A/P, and other Monthly

Financial Closing Responsibilities.

7.Schedule jobs and service with customers.

8.Facilitate Fleet and Equipment Maintenance Program

9.Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.

10.Regular Attendance required.

11.The ability to work all scheduled hours, including all overtime necessary.

12.Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

1.1-2 years Corporate Administrative/HR/Finance Experience.
