As our First Impressions Administrator, you'll be the very first voice and face families encounter, often at a moment when they're anxious, hopeless, or unsure where else to turn. How you greet them can be the difference between a family walking away and a family walking through our doors toward real change.
What you'll do:
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to web leads with warmth and confidence, guiding prospective families toward booking a cognitive skills assessment
  • Create a welcoming, energizing atmosphere for every client and visitor who walks through our door
  • Take ownership of the center's day-to-day hospitality, making sure every detail reflects who we are
  • Build genuine relationships with clients and families throughout their journey with us
  • Support new student assessments and onboarding
  • Handle clerical tasks and take on special projects that keep the center running smoothly
