WHAT IS KIDSTRONG?
At KidStrong, we help parents build stronger, smarter, more athletic kids. Our private training centers focus on the brain, physical and character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong is a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by our professional coaches!
This coaching position is mainly Nights (3:30-7:30) and Weekends (9:00-1:00).
A qualified KidStrong Coach applicant has:
  • Experience coaching kids ages 15mo-11 years
  • Experience talking to and educating parents
  • Excellent public speaking skills
  • Ability to sell memberships to children/parents in your classes
  • Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
  • CPR certified (or ability to get certified)
  • Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Desire to help kids improve in brain, physical and character development
  • Strong desire to develop as a professional coach
Main responsibilities of a KidStrong Coach:

  • Coach classes to kids ages walking - 11 years old using our science-based curriculum
  • Have availability to coach classes on weekday evenings and weekend mornings
  • Prepare for class by reviewing the class roster and become familiar with each child's individual needs
  • Work with the rest of the team to keep the class floor and equipment clean, safe, and in working order
  • Bring a positive attitude and high energy to every class to provide the best possible environment for the kids!
  • Option to coach camps throughout the summer and around 'days off' of school.
