Job Description

Senior Financial Analyst (Bergen County, NJ) Senior Financial Analyst needed for Fortune 500 Manufacturing company in Bergen County, NJ. Role reports into Financial Controller of Northeast Region.
Required Skills:
FP&A and Program Controls experience
Ability to work independently, and as a team member, with minimal supervision
Experience forecasting Bookings, Sales, Profit, and Cash Flow
Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Work and PowerPoint
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Ability to manage time, prioritize workload and work under deadline constraints.
Ability to develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Ability to interact face-to-face with senior levels of management and customer organizations.
Willing to deal with a wide range of work assignments
Minimum of three years experience in Program Cost Accounting or related field.
Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Uniform Commercial Code (UCC)
Desired Skills:
Previous experience using the following software systems/packages: SAP, BPS, BW, Microframe Program Management (MPM) and Winsight.
Familiar with various Revenue recognition methods
Experience with Interfacing and assisting with external and internal auditors
Required Education (including Major):
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math or a related field from an accredited university.   MBA or CPA preferred
