BPS Sales Practitioner - Client Expansion (Consumer Sector) Location US
Role Overview
Drive expansion of Business Process Services (BPS) across existing Consumer sector accounts by partnering closely with GAEs/AEs, Consulting, and other service lines. The role focuses on shaping demand, building pipeline, winning deals, and growing revenue across Retail, CPG, Travel, Transportation, Hospitality, Agri, and Supply Chain clients.
Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage deep BPS expertise to expand services within existing Consumer sector clients, driving pipeline growth, order booking, and revenue attainment, measured against defined monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Develop and execute client expansion and business development strategies, including shaping and winning large, complex BPS deals.
  • Partner with GAEs/AEs as the primary entry point to buyers, supporting client engagement across multiple levels and forums.
  • Work closely with Consulting, DAAI, Practices, and other service lines to co-create value propositions that improve customer engagement and relevance.
  • Drive the creation of domain-aligned marketing collateral and thought leadership (e.g., proactive pitches, practice brochures, client-specific POVs).
  • Build a strong understanding of Wipro's end-to-end BPS offerings, Consumer client landscape, relevant case studies, and differentiators; tailor solutions and pitches to client needs.
  • Lead BPS sales initiatives and pursuits across Consumer sector accounts, collaborating with global, cross-functional teams to develop high-quality, winning propositions.
  • Facilitate and lead client pursuit meetings, solution workshops, due-diligence sessions, and executive presentations, clearly articulating Wipro's credentials and value proposition.
  • Lead internal pursuit governance including qualification, win themes, SWOT analysis, value propositions, and support requirements.
  • Represent Wipro BPS in analyst interactions and relevant industry forums to support business growth and market positioning.
  • Develop a working understanding of adjacent BPS offerings and services to identify cross-service opportunities and demonstrate stewardship.

Experience & Qualifications
  • 10-15 years of experience in Business Process Services / Outsourcing, including end-to-end pursuit and opportunity management, execution, and transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in expanding business and winning large deals within Consumer sector clients (Retail, CPG, Travel, Transportation, Hospitality, Agri, Supply Chain).
  • Proven experience leading or influencing senior sales leaders and complex pursuit teams.
  • Strong understanding of horizontal BPS services such as Customer Experience, Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, Procurement, Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, and HR.
  • Solid knowledge of delivery models, global delivery locations, commercial constructs, benchmarks, automation and technology platforms, governance models, compliance, and BCP/DR practices.
  • Familiarity with the BPS ecosystem including analysts, advisors, product partners, and competitors.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to prospect, engage, and build credibility with C-level and senior client stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills across global and cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable operating in both structured and ambiguous environments.
  • Willingness to travel domestically (USA) and internationally as required.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $200,000.00 to $280,000.00.
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
